Ladakh Students Welfare Society Aligarh Hosts Cultural and Educational Gathering
ALIGARH, February 2, 2025 — The Ladakh Students Welfare Society Aligarh (LSWSA) today organized a cultural and educational gathering at Madeenatul Ulom (M.U) College, Aligarh, beginning at 9:30 am. The event, aimed at promoting educational progress among Ladakhi students residing in Aligarh, also served to felicitate previous members of the organization for their dedicated work.
In his keynote address, the chief guest, Mr. Haji Haneefa Jan, Member of Parliament from Ladakh, emphasized the importance of upskilling the potential of every Ladakhi student. “We must empower ourselves with knowledge and compete on a global level,” he stated, reassured his unwavering support for the upliftment of the Ladakhi community.
The event was further enriched by a vote of thanks delivered by the President of LSWSA, Dr. Liyaqat Ali, who expressed gratitude to all participants and highlighted the ongoing commitment of the organization to educational progress.
