Mission Director NHM convened meeting of STFI to review preparedness of IMI 5.0
Leh, August 4: Dr Motup Dorje, Mission Director, NHM (Co Chairman STFI) convened a meeting of State Level Task Force (STFI) at the Office of Mission Director, NHM, Skara Leh to review the final preparedness for launch of Intensified Mission Indradhanush (IMI) 5.0 in UT of Ladakh.
IMI 5.0 is a special drive to accelerate the full immunization coverage of children and pregnant women in the country.
UT of Ladakh has been selected as one of the priority areas for IMI 5.0 and it is imperative to ensure that all the necessary arrangements are in place for its successful implementation.
The meeting was attended by CMO Leh, Dr Nurzin Angmo; CMO Kargil, Dr Munawwar; Dy CMO Leh/SIO, Dr Dolma Chuskit; DIO Leh, Dr Skarma P Yontan; DIO Kargil, Dr Fatima Banoo; BMOs kargil District; SPO Stanzin Gyalak; State IEC Consultant, Hakima Banoo; VCCM Leh Jigmet Namgial; VCCM Kargil, Munir Ahmed; Officers/ official from Kargil and SMO WHO, Dr Ashiq who joined the meeting virtually.
