I express my gratitude to LG Ladakh, R.K Mathur along with Adm. Secretaries and other dignitaries for gracing the programme and would like to congratulate EC Art & Culture, Stanzin Chosphel and Sonam Stobgais for successfully managing the overall workshop during the past one month. We will ensure our continuous support in encouraging youths to explore & identify their talents,” stated CEC Tashi Gyalson.
