RDD organises UT Level Workshop on Swach Survekshan Grameen 

Leh, July 18: Rural Development Department (RDD) Leh, in collaboration with IPSOS, organised a UT Level Workshop on SSG-23 (Swachh Survekshan Grameen- 2023) at the DC conference Leh.

The workshop aimed to foster a deeper understanding of SSG-23 and its various aspects while targeting to achieve & maintain the status of ODF Plus.

A distinguished expert in the field from IPSOS, Jaspreet Singh delivered a comprehensive presentation on SSG-23, elaborating on its significance and potential impact on the region’s cleanliness & overall development.

During the interactive sessions, participants had the opportunity to discuss the program’s key components, implementation strategies, and potential challenges. Further, the workshop provided a platform for attendees to raise queries and concerns related to SSG-23, and they were addressed to the satisfaction of all participants.

The workshop was attended by DPO Leh, BDOs, Panchayat secretaries, MIS operators, and District officials from Kargil who joined virtually in the event.
