Real Time Test for Driving License in Kargil.

The licencing authority Kargil has conducted a maiden real time test for driving licence aspirants from Kargil to Hombotingla in which arround more than 150 candidates have been participated.
The meaning of this driving test to organise with new paradigm was to examine the overall driving skills based on aptitude, manueverability , road behaviour, and sense of belonging while driving vehicle on road. Before starting the test all the eligible driving candidates were sensitised properly in the road confrence hall of ARTO Kargil about road safety and don’ts and dos during the real time test travel by ARTO Kargil.
Besides that, after every 20 km intermittent instructions were too given to applicants in order to avoid any untoward road accident during the journey. The test was successful and satisfying for candidates who had to travel through various roller coster and treacherous road in a real sense.
The favourible part of the this test fosters to half-baked drivers to voluntarily to surrender at the initial stage of the test with the request to participate in the forthcoming test with more firm training.
