The In-charge Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM), Khaltse, Asgar Ali, today chaired a review meeting with officers of Sub Division Khaltse to discuss preparations for the observance of Good Governance Week 2025, being held under the theme “Prashasan Gaon Ki Ore–2025.”
The nationwide campaign will be observed from December 19 to December 25, 2025, with the objective of strengthening citizen-centric governance and improving the delivery of public services at the grassroots level.
During the meeting, detailed deliberations were held on planning strategies and the effective implementation of various activities under the campaign across Sub Division Khaltse. The SDM emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among departments to ensure the successful execution of the programme.
Directing all officers to ensure mandatory participation, SDM Asgar Ali stressed close coordination among concerned officials to maximize public outreach and achieve the objectives of Good Governance Week.
The meeting was attended by Naib Tehsildar Temisgam Mohd Iqbal, Executive Engineer R&B Khaltse Ghulam Abass, Block Medical Officer Khaltse Dr. Shamim Ahmad, Junior Engineer PDD Khaltse Mustafa Kamal, JAEO Khaltse Leela Bano, Panchayat Inspector Singaylalok Tashi Dorjey, along with representatives from various departments of Sub Division Khaltse.
The administration reiterated its commitment to promoting transparency, accountability, and efficient public service delivery through the observance of Good Governance Week.
