CEC Dr Jaffer chairs meeting to discuss revised AA of ongoing works under CapexKargil, July 22, 2024: Chairman/CEC, LAHDC, Kargil, Dr Mohd Jaffer Akhoon today chaired a meeting at Conference Hall, LAHDC, Secretariat Kargil to discuss the revised Administrative Approval of ongoing works under CAPEX Budget.

Executive Councillor, PHE, l&FC, Executive Councillor, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry, Executive Councillor, Education, Executive Councillor, RDD, Deputy Commissioner/CEO, LAHDC, Kargil, Superintending Engineer, I&F&PHE Kargil, Superintending Engineer, R&B Kargil, Project Officer, Wages Employment/ACD Kargil, Chief Controller Finance, LAHDC Kargil, Chief Planning Officer, Kargil attended the meeting.

A thorough discussion was held to address the Revised Administrative Approval of ongoing works under the CAPEX budget.

After extensive deliberation, several key decisions were made. The CEC Dr Jaffer & DC, Kargil directed the concerned officers to prepare a separate list of works requiring enhancement of Administrative Approval up to 20 percent.

Further, the concerned Executing Agencies/departments were asked to prepare a distinct list of works for AA enhancement exceeding 20 percent.

The CEC also scheduled another meeting on July 24, 2024 and expected that all concerned Executing Agencies to ensure preparation of the specified lists for upcoming meeting as scheduled.
