2 new positive case reports in UT Ladakh; 56 patients cured and discharged
Leh, Sept.29: As per the media bulletin released by the Directorate of Health Services UT Ladakh, two positive sample reports of Covid-19 were received yesterday from Leh. While a total of 910 sample reports in UT Ladakh – Leh: 516 and Kargil: 394 were found negative.
No death from Covid-19 was reported in UT Ladakh yesterday.
The bulletin further details that UT Ladakh has discharged 56 patients yesterday from Leh. All of them were discharged by CMO Leh. With this, the total number of COVID-19 active cases in UT Ladakh is 94; 90 in Leh and 4 in Kargil district.
The bulletin further informs that 1286 passengers were screened at KBR Airport Leh yesterday. While 300 and 438 passengers including the drivers and helpers of trucks, and light motor vehicles were screened at Khaltse and Upshi check posts.
