  1. Salam, all our efforts go waste when we can’t check traffic jam in main Bazar n in its connecting lanes like Goma Kargil Road, Road passing through Poyen market and also the road through Baroo colony. Main reason behind traffic Jam on these road is PARKING OF PRIVATE VEHICLES ON ROAD SIDES. At these places people hv raised multi storey Ed rental houses, the tanents of these houses park their vehicles on road side in front of their rented sets, if a house has 50 tanents, 50 vehicles stand in front of that house occupying half the width of the narrow road, that results in Traffic jam especially during rush hours. On occasions when the kargil bazar road is blocked due to some public procession etc the whole traffic is diverted on the road leading through Poyen market thus Traffic jam remains there for hours due to these parked pvt/commercial vehicles.
So our RTO/Administration must take some hard steps to vacate this parked vehicles on road sides, the public road is meant for movement of public vehicles not a parking place for these rented houses n house owners, they must hv no right to park their vehicles on these narrow roads becoming hindrance to traffic flow.
Kindly consider the suggestion as this minise is becoming harder n Hader day by day with increase in number of vehicles in the district. Thank u.
