KARGIL, MAY 31, 2022: LAHDC Kargil and District Administration Kargil today organized an impressive function to bid an affectionate farewell to outgoing Executive Engineer (R&B 2nd) Kacho Mehmood Ali Khan at Conference Hall Baroo.

 

Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor (CEC), LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan presided over the function while Executive Councilor Syed Abass, Executive Councilor Mohsin Ali, Deputy Commissioner and CEO, LAHDC, Kargil Santosh Skhadeve, Chief Engineer PDD, Chief Controller Finance, Muhammad Sadiq (new Executive Engineer), UPSC Civil Services (Main) Examination-2021 qualifier and tehsildar/incharge SDM Drass Anwar Hussain, Councilors, all District Officers and other concerned officers were present on the occasion.

 

Speaking on the occasion, the CEC Kargil lauded the contribution of Kacho Mehmood Ali Khan and acknowledged his services in taking important measures during his tenure in the department.

 

CEC Khan recalled the contribution of retiring officer during the Covid-19 pandemic situation and in the construction of hospital, Girls Hostel in Srinagar and Jammu.

 

While recalling the dedicated services rendered by the retiring Executive Engineer CEC Khan hailed his contribution for having served the department with utmost honesty and sincerity. The CEC on behalf of LAHDC Kargil wished him a happy, healthy and prosperous post-retirement life.

 

On the occasion, DC Santosh Skhadeve congratulated the Executive Engineer and said that he gave his every effort to provide better services to the people and performed to the best of his capabilities in the public service delivery.

 

The Deputy Commissioner wished him happy, healthy and prosperous post-retirement and hoped that experience and expertise of the officer shall remain guiding the R&B Department in its better functioning.

 

In his address, Kacho Mehmood Ali Khan thanked LAHDC Kargil and District Administration Kargil for organizing the farewell party in his honour. He also shared his experiences regarding public works during his tenure.

 

The retiring Executive Engineer said he will always remain indebted to the LAHDC Kargil, District Administration Kargil and officers and officials of R&B for the support, cooperation, love and affection showed upon him during his services.

 

It was also informed that Muhammad Sadiq shall assume the charge as Executive Engineer from June 01, replacing Kacho Mehmood Ali Khan.
