CEC Feroz Khan flags off multi-purpose life support ambulances by NHIDCL under CSR

KARGIL, NOVEMBER 11, 2021: Chairman and Chief Executive Councilor,LAHDC, Kargil Feroz Ahmad Khan flagged of three multi-purpose life support ambulances donated by the National Highways and Infrastructure Development Corporation Limited (NHIDCL) under Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Council Secretariat Kurbathang here on Wednesday. 

Executive Councilor for Social Welfare Aga Syed Hassan Arman, Additional Deputy Commissioner Kargil Tsering Motup, Executive Director NHIDCL Colonel Rajeev Kumar, General Manager NHIDCL Colonel A K Shivkumar, Chief Medical Officer Dr Munawar Hussain Wazir, Medical Superintendent District Hospital Kargil Kacho Liyaqat Ali Khan, Block Medical Officer Zanskar Stanzin Namgyal besides other concerned officers were present during the flag off ceremony.

 

On the occasion, Executive Director NHIDCL Colonel Rajiv Kumar apprised that these multi-purpose life support ambulances are equipped with modern facilities including automatic loading stretchers, scoop stretchers, oxygen cylinders, manual resuscitators, nebulizers, GPS tracking systems and other allied facilities. He further said that these ambulances will play a critical role in stabilizing the condition of critically injured persons.

 

CEC Khan Ahmad Khan hailed the extraordinary philanthropic activities carried out by the NHIDCL in Kargil District under CSR. He expressed optimism that the agency will continue its endeavors for the welfare of the general population in future as well.
