CEC Gyalson inaugurates 250 LPM Oxygen plant at CHC Khaltse

Leh, April 15: The Chairman/CEC, LAHDC Leh, Adv. Tashi Gyalson today inaugurated a 250 LPM Oxygen plant at Community Health Centre (CHC) Khaltse. The plant has been established with the assistance from National Hydroelectric Power Corporation (NHPC) Limited under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative.

 

Apart from the oxygen plant, a borewell with pipeline for drinking water facility to Khaltse market and an ambulance for CHC Khaltse was also inaugurated by CEC Tashi Gyalson which were provided by NHPC Power Station, Alchi under their CSR initiative.

 

Councillor Khaltse Lobzang Shesrab; Councillor Skurbuchan, Lundup Dorjai; Chairperson, Block Development Council, Khaltse, Stanzin Chuskit; Director Health Services, UT Ladakh, Dr Motup Dorjey; Additional Deputy Commissioner, Leh, Sonam Chosjor; Chief Medical Officer, Leh, Dr Nurzin Angmo; Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Khaltse, Suhail Ahmad; Block Medical Officer, Khaltse, Dr Chamba Laskit; Group General Manager NHPC, General Manager NHPC Alchi, and other District as well as Sub-divisional officials were present during the inaugural ceremony.
