Councilor Shargole flags off entrepreneurs for skill development training on mushroom spawn production technology to Srinagar
Kargil, Oct 29, 2023: Councilor Shargole, Mohammad Javid today flagged off entrepreneurs for skill development training on mushroom spawn production technology to Srinagar.
Dr. Mohammad Mehdi, Head Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kargil knowing the interest of some young progressive farmers of Shargole block in mushroom cultivation approached Councilor Shargole, Mohammad Javid for financial support to the entrepreneur.
The councilor appreciated the effort of KVK Kargil team for providing time to time technical guidance for the cultivation of mushroom in his constituency. He further requested Head KVK to arrange an exposure-cum-hand on training on spawn production from a well-equipped laboratory.
Head KVK Kargil took up the matter with the Directorate of Agriculture, Kashmir to arrange a special session for the entrepreneurs of Kargil.
The Councilor after getting approval from the Director Agriculture, Kashmir through Head KVK managed to bear the transportation and boarding cost of the trainees.
The team was flagged off from KVK Kargil Office in presence of Councilor and KVK Kargil team.
