Councilors of LAHDC Kargil distribute Tarpaulin Community Shamiana Tent under Subsidy Component to beneficiaries
Kargil, May 29, 2023: Councilors of LAHDC Kargil distributed Tarpaulin and Community Shamiana Tent under Subsidy Component 2022-23 to the beneficiaries of their respective Constituency on 75 percent subsidy.
The distribution was done through the medium of PRI members, community members and villagers.
A total of 1021 Tarpaulin Sheets and 23 Community Shamiana Tents were distributed by the Councilors in LAHDC for their respective Constituencies including Councilor Ranbir Pora Constituency Drass, Mubarak Shah Naqvi, Councilor Padum Er. Phuchok Tashi, Councilor Karsha Stanzin Jigmat, Councilor Barsoo, Ghulam Mohammad Ansari, Councilor Taisuru Syed Abbas Razvi, Councilor Baroo-Minji Ghulam Mehdi and Councilor Poyen-Akchamal Mohammad Amin.
Addressing the beneficiaries, the Councilors said the Councilors’ Subsidy Scheme has been one of the successful schemes of LAHDC and during the last 5 years it has benefited the general public at large.
The Councilors advised the beneficiaries to take maximum benefits from the components and use the same for the benefit in order to benefit their community.
