HS Wakha, Tacha, Khachay visit HSS Shargole under twining of program

KARGIL, AUGUST 26, 2022:

As per directions of Chief Education Officer Kargil with regards to twining of schools, Govt. Higher Secondary School Shargole today hosted three schools of the zone.

The visiting schools included High School Tacha, Khachay, Wakha headed by Muhammad Mussa Headmaster HS Tacha, Sonam Punchok Master HS Khachay and Skarma Jungley Headmaster HS Wakha respectively.

In a unique initiative, in order to promote shared learning among students and teachers with focus to encourage learning inside and outside the classroom, the CEO Kargil has directed schools in the district to conduct twining exercises.

Principal, staff and students of Government HSS Shargole welcomed the students and staff of the visiting schools in the morning assembly.

Students of visiting schools delivered talks on diverse topics during the morning assembly. Earlier Principal HSS Shargole welcomed and briefed the audience about the importance of shared learning. He urged everyone to participate in this unique initiative wholeheartedly.

Later, expert teachers delivered subject-specific lessons to the combined students group in the multipurpose hall.

Motivational and moral talks were delivered for the combined audiences by Skarma Jungley highlighting the importance of imagination and creative thinking. His talk was followed by a talk by Mustafa Ali who spoke at length about moral values and ethics.

The visiting students were shown the school and visited all laboratories, Atal Tinkering Lab and Smart Class. Later, a musical chair event was also conducted. Rigzin Yangdon, Senior Lecturer, HSS Shargole presented vote of thanks.
