Restoration of essential services going on in full swing at Shakar Chiktan Sub Division
EC Mohsin Ali hails concerned departments for swift restoration works
KARGIL, OCTOBER 24, 2021: Following the fresh spell of snowfall in different parts of the district, the Administration has pressed into service men and machinery for restoration of essential services including road connectivity, electricity, water supply, healthcare and other related services.
With restoration works in full swing in different parts of the district, the road clearance operations from Khangral to Sanjak at Shakar Chiktan Sub Division is also presently under progress by the BRO, internal roads being cleared by the Mechanical Division Kargil while the restoration of power supply lines is also being carried out in the sub division by the Power Development Department Kargil.
Meanwhile, the Executive Councillor for Health Mohsin Ali who is also the Councillor of Chiktan Constituency in the LAHDC Kargil hailed the swift restoration works been started by the District Administration.
The EC Health also appreciated the In Charge SDM Kacho Asgar Ali Khan and the team of officers who are on ground closely monitoring the situation so that essential services are restored early and all possible facility is provided to the local population.
