Leh, December 5: Ahead of the Matriculation Level Examination of the Ladakh Subordinate Service Staff Selection Board (LSSSSB), the district administration on Thursday conducted a high-level review meeting to assess preparedness and streamline coordination for the examination scheduled on Sunday, December 7, 2025.
The meeting was co-chaired by ADDC Leh, Sh. Sonam Nurboo (JKAS) and ADC Leh, Sh. Ghulam Mohd (JKAS) at the Conference Hall of the DC Office, Leh.
Focus on SOP Implementation & Centre Coordination
During the briefing, Under Secretary LSSSSB, Sh. Jigmet Angchuk, detailed the Standard Operating Procedures to be followed on the examination day. The SOPs included:
Strict timelines for opening and closing the exam Protocols for handling and distributing question booklets Secure management and sealing of OMR sheets Mandatory documentation such as attendance sheets and invigilators’ certificates
Officials were directed to ensure seamless communication between Centre Supervisors, Assistant Supervisors, and Venue Coordinators deployed across all four designated exam centres.
Priority on Transparency & Fair Conduct
The chairing officers emphasised that maintaining fairness, transparency, and confidentiality must remain the top priority throughout the examination process. They urged the teams to identify possible challenges beforehand and ensure strong coordination at every operational level.
Senior Officers Attend Review
The session saw participation from key officials including the Additional SP Leh, DySP Headquarters, DySP Traffic, officers from LSSSSB Ladakh, the Headquarter Assistant to DC (Coordinating Supervisor), Centre Supervisors, and Magisterial Duty Officers.
Administration Confident of Smooth Execution
With all stakeholders preparing intensively, the administration expressed confidence that the upcoming LSSSSB Matriculation Level Examination will be conducted smoothly, securely, and in full compliance with the prescribed SOPs across all centres.
